Gala Imports Australia highly encourages sample orders to test prior to bulk purchases and as such does not warrant any product suitable for a clients specific use. It is the customers responsibility to ensure adequate testing occurs to ensure compatibility and suitability of use for all components.

Please note the following:

Testing needs to include compatibility of the container and closure with your product.

As each medium will react differently, testing with the intended use is essential. Some key factors to test and consider are method of labelling, non-harsh sterilisation that may damage the product/container, sealing and accurate quantity to avoid leakage and precise care with coloured products and closures.

We try to maintain consistency in the colour of the products but occasionally due to different shipments, variations in colour can occur.

Painted/Decorated Bottles/Jars should not be washed in a dishwasher. We recommend testing with a gentle hand wash to establish no damage occurs to the product.

When using a fragrance with a product that is coloured on the inside, it is essential testing is carried out before any bulk production.

Please be informed that only standard conglomerate corks are supplied. Due to the various contents and manufacturing process used to create and seal corks, Gala Imports Australia does not warrant the corks supplied. As such, it is strongly advised to seek expert guidance on the appropriate method suited to the medium and product for sealing.

Due to the nature of glass photography, the images and in particular colour of our products may differ in person. Notably that different colours may present in various shades - dependent on the medium used.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. Should the product prove to have been manufactured faulty then our liability extends only to the cost of the replacement of the faulty product.

All Gala Imports Australia prices, shipping costs and trading terms are subject to change without notice.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.

For all Credit Card Transactions, a 1.5% Payment Processing Fee will be applied on the order total including GST. Gala does not currently charge surcharges

Please note all orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of your cleared payment.

To obtain an account, a Credit Application Form must be completed, processed and approved by Gala Imports Australia prior to ordering.

All first orders must be paid before shipment.

The minimum account invoice value is $500.00

Payment is strictly due on the 20th day of the month following the month of invoice.

Accounts not paid within our trading terms may be charged interest equivalent to Gala Imports Australia’s prevailing Bank Overdraft rate plus 4% calculated on a daily basis & charged monthly.

All goods are supplied on a non-return/sold basis & remain the property of GALA until paid for in full. GALA does not supply consignment stock.

All prices on Gala Imports are listed in AUD and exclusive of 10% Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) and subject to change without prior notice.
